David Warnock was born in Seattle, WA in 1987 and grew up on the West Coast. David served in the US Army for five years and then attained a B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Southern Slavic Languages and Cultures from The Ohio State University before attending law school at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. David then left Chicago to pursue a career in law enforcement and has been a police officer for three years.
