Jenna Turner’s passion for the field began when she graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Elementary Education and a specialization in early childhood education.  She spent her first two years in a campus-based program.  She then moved back to the Chicagoland area where she spent the next 17 school years at Moriah Early Childhood Center in Deerfield, Il.  There, she taught in all age groups and moved into leadership as the Associate Director.  In 2013, Jenna transitioned to be the Director of the Harry and Rose Samson JCC in Milwaukee, WI at Gan Ami Early Childhood Center. She began her next, and current adventure with JUF- Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago as the Director of Early Childhood Professional learning in September 2016.  Jenna recently completed her MA in Jewish Professional Studies at Spertus. Her journey and work in the field have inspired her passion for working with educators.
