Have you always wanted to learn how to make your own delicious fluffy challah, warm out of the oven? Come channel your inner bubbie! This fun session will combine a mix of hands-on and demonstration to make your own mini-challah. We will learn how to mix, knead, and braid the dough, and you can take your loaf to bake at home. We will learn 3, 4, 6-strand braiding patterns and round loaves for Rosh Hashanah. You will also gain strategies how to fit bread-baking around your schedule. The hands-on part of the session is limited to the first 24 participants.
