Jewish Great Stories

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

We will sit in circle together to learn about the power of great stories. We will have an indoor storytelling "fire" where we will have the opportunity to listen to an assortment of Jewish great stories that speak to universal human themes. Participants will have the opportunity to share in circle about how the stories speak to them, and we will "feed" the story with our own insights and reflections. A great story is a story that evokes personal reflection. It does not seek to teach a lesson or have a moral; rather, it is a story where all present will interpret the relevance and meaning for themselves in varying ways. Stories shared will come from a variety of Jewish cultural traditions and sources.
